A year after leaving Road Bike Action’s a handful of opportunities came around to get published.
I started off the year working on the Outside Summer Gear Guide. It consisted of a collaboration with multiple test riders to review dozens of cycling helmets, shoes and accessories to create a definitive collection of the year’s best buys.
At the Sea Otter Classic in April, I weaved through booths set up in the Laguna Seca Raceway infield and reported on the latest industry happenings for Cyclingnews.com.
In June, I loaded up for a 20-hour drive to Emporia, Kansas to be on the ground at Unbound Gravel Expo for a few more Cyclingnews stories.
